A Way Home Washington’s Anchor Community Initiative (ACI) collaborates with Built for Zero communities to talk about our experiences through the reducing phase and implementing improvement science.
In this webinar, folks from the teams in Rockford, Cleveland and ACI’s own Spokane talked about their approach to improvement science, examples of tests of change they have implemented, how they have worked through challenges and what has contributed to their successes.
This workshop consists of a panel discussion with these three communities for the first half, followed by Q&A and large group discussion for the majority of the second half.
